Richard was born and raised in Yorkshire. He started his career in 1990 at Provincial Insurance at their Leeds office where he gained valuable experience in a number of roles, but he found his niche in the commercial liability department investigating claims. His aptitude in this field led to him joining Cunningham Hart in 1994 as a Liability Adjuster.
In 1996 he took up a similar appointment at Garwyn’s Harrogate office where he spent the next six years dealing with a varied and extensive caseload. In 2002 he moved to SLS, initially at their Leeds office. He subsequently transferred to London and the South East where he was appointed to develop and manage the company’s profile in the region leading to the establishment of the highly successful SLS office in Guildford, Surrey.
Having in excess of 25 years experience in the industry, Richard has conducted many difficult and complex investigations and he has a deep appreciation of the needs of Clients. His professionalism, competence, specialist skills and thoroughness in reporting are highly respected and he enjoys excellent client relations.

Royce was raised in Southampton, before moving to Bristol to complete his legal studies at the University of the West of England. His insurance career began in 2011 with the NFU Mutual as a Motor Claims Handler. After impressing in the role, Royce moved into the Technical Claims team where he was responsible for handling a caseload of 300 Motor / EL / PL claims.
In May 2013, Royce achieved a promotion with the NFU Mutual to Trainee Claims Inspector, before passing the three year training course within 12 months, and qualifying as a fully-fledged Claims Inspector, covering investigations in the Southeast.
With a desire to broaden his experience, Royce joined Kudos Liability Adjusters in July 2017. During his time with Kudos, Royce has developed himself both personally and technically, assuming greater responsibility year on year, whilst also continuing to maintain high levels of quality with regards to both claims investigation and handling. His success and dedication in this regard, and the excellent Client relationships he enjoys, has seen him promoted to the role of Operations Director, based in Manchester.

Neale was born in Nottingham and commenced his insurance career at Municipal Mutual in 1980. He soon specialised in liability claims but also dealt with the whole portfolio of Local Authority work. In 1986, after completing his ACII, Neale embraced his first field role as a Claims Inspector.
In 1994 he moved to Independent Insurance as a Senior Claims Inspector. During his 7 years’ service he assumed various responsibilities including a national role overseeing an external field force and as the Regional Claims Manager of the demanding Birmingham Claims Department. Neale moved into Loss Adjusting with SLS, working out of their Birmingham, Leeds and Nottingham offices. In addition to high level claims investigation and handling, he was the Company's principal Internal Claims Auditor. He also enjoyed a national role as the Company's Fraud Champion and was a Technical Manager with responsibility for a number of offices.
Neale has dealt with all manner of claims including but not limited to Employers, Public, Products Liability, Professional Indemnity, Fidelity Guarantee and Personal Accident.
Greig was raised in Edinburgh where his working life began at 17 as a Motor Claims Handler for Bradford Pennine Insurance which provided an excellent introduction to General Insurance claims and liability investigations. Looking to broaden his experience, Greig joined Provincial Insurance in Edinburgh and later in Glasgow, where he dealt with motor and commercial claims including external investigations, including MIB investigations, before becoming Provincial’s first full time Claims Inspector in Scotland.
Moving to Leeds in 1993, Greig joined Eagle Star as a Commercial Claims Handler before becoming first a Liability Claims Controller and then Claims Inspector. Moving into Liability Loss Adjusting in 1997 with Crawford & Co in Leeds, Greig progressed to become Leeds Branch Manager before leaving in 2003 to become a founder member of Sigma Claims Solutions. With Sigma, subsequent to their acquisition by Merlin Claims Ltd, he enjoyed first Branch and then Regional Manager roles. In anticipation of Merlin’s entry into Administration, Greig returned to Crawford & Co, first in Nottingham and then, from 2011, in Leeds as a Senior Liability Loss Adjuster before joining Kudos as Leeds Branch Manager in September 2017. Greig has almost 40 years’ experience in the industry.
